A modified summer schedule will be effective for Monday, May 15–Friday, August 4, 2023, and applies to staff employees, except during the weeks of May 29–June 2, 2023, due to Memorial Day (May 29), and July 3–7, 2023, due to the Independence Day (July 4). During these weeks regular scheduling will apply.
Official University business hours will remain 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Thursday, and 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Friday for essential University services including the following departments:
- Office of the President
- Office of the Provost
- Center for Information Technology Services (CITS)
- Campus Police
- Fire/Emergency Medical Services
- Student Records
- Admissions and Recruitment
- Financial Aid
- Bursar
- Facilities Management
- Human Resources Management
